Best Western Rewards

  • Best Western Rewards (BWR) membership is free and is the one of the world’s most comprehensive frequent guest program where points can be used for free room nights at any of more than 4,000 Best Western hotels worldwide, airline miles, car rentals, shopping, dining and more. Members can also earn points through a large number of selected partners.

  • Guests may enroll in our special interest programs like AAA/CAA and automatically receive 10% bonus points, Speed Rewards (for NASCAR fans) and Ride Rewards with automatic sign-up at Gold Elite level (for Harley Davidson riders and enthusiasts).

  • BWR members earn ten points for each dollar spent on qualified room rates or 250 airline miles or 0.5 Southwest Airlines Rapid Rewards credit for each qualified stay with one of our airline partners at any of the more than 4,000 Best Westerns worldwide.

  • The program has 3 Elite tiers for members and they receive exclusive Elite member benefits including point bonuses, superior front desk recognition such as room upgrades and Elite-only offers. Gold Elite Membership is reached after 10 nights in a calendar year and earns 10% bonus points with each stay. Platinum Elite Membership is reached after 15 nights in a calendar year and earns 15% bonus points with each stay. Diamond Elite Membership is reached after 30 nights in a calendar year and earns 30% bonus points with each stay.

  • If a guest is an Elite member of another hotel loyalty program, we can sign them up at the equivalent Elite level in Best Western Rewards.

  • The program’s airline partners include American, Alaska, Alitalia, Air Berlin, Air Canada, Air France, Asiana, China Southern, Continental, Czech, Delta , Hainan, KLM, LAN Chile, Lufthansa, NWA, Southwest and U.S. Airways.

  • The Best Western Rewards MasterCard® allows guests to earn rewards faster and easier by giving cardholders the ability to earn Best Western Rewards point for everyday purchases. The credit card is available to U.S. and Candian residents.

  • BWR members can receive electronic newsletters with current account balance, current hotel bonus offers, program updates and partner specials. Account balance, statement history and award information and point redemption can be accomplished online at www.bestwesternrewards.com.

  • Introduced in September 1988 as the Gold Crown Club®, the program was renamed Best Western Rewards in 2008 and currently has more than 12 million members.

  • Best Western Rewards membership applications are available at any Best Western, by enrolling online at www.bestwestern.com or by calling toll-free (800) 237-8483 in the United States and Canada.

  • To redeem points for awards, BWR members may do so online at www.bestwesternrewards.com.com or by calling the BWR redemption center’s toll-free number, (800) 237-8483, in the United States or Canada. An automated system is available 24-hours-a-day.

  • BWR hotel reservations are commissionable to travel agents.
