BW Helps Support the Hornets New Bookmobile

HORNETS TEAM UP WITH WEST COAST CUSTOMS TO UNVEIL NEW BOOKMOBILE PRESENTED BY BEST WESTERN AND SUNSHINE PAGES

NEW ORLEANS (July 1, 2010) —The New Orleans Hornets have teamed up with the world’s premier custom car shop, West Coast Customs, to create a new, modern Bookmobile that will be unveiled on Saturday, July 3 at 9 a.m. at the Alario Center. Hornets All-Star guard Chris Paul will be on hand at the unveiling ceremony and will read his children’s book, Long Shot: Never Too Small to Dream Big, to the nearly 50 Jr. Hornets kids club members in
attendance.

“The entire Hornets family is excited to show off the new Bookmobile and let it hit the road distributing free books to local students,” said Hornets Sr. Vice President of Community Enrichment Steve Martin. “West Coast Customs did an amazing job on the
design and look, and we’re excited to continue our relationship with Best Western and Sunshine Pages as we strive to promote the importance of literacy and education through the Bookmobile.”
