Q: How long is your contract?

A: We have no contracts. We have a one-year membership affiliation.

Q: What are your fees?

A: Our fees are tied to the number of rooms on property. They are not tied to a percentage of gross rooms revenue.

Q: Where do you need new hotels?

A: We look in areas where Best Western in under-represented so as not to negatively impact our members.

Q: Do you have prototype plans available?

A: We have numerous companies that will work with our members. Please contact your Regional Director for that information.

  Q: How do Best Western members find out about and stay up to date on Best Western's marketing programs and other services?

A: All new members attend a New Voting Member Orientation at Best Western's Headquarters in Phoenix, Arizona. This provides an excellent opportunity to meet key staff members and get a first look at the broad array of services available. As changes and enhancements are made to Best Western's marketing, sales, education and supply programs, members stay up to date through a members-only website called, Mybestwestern.com.
