A: The Group Request is a convenient electronic form allowing you to customize your request for group rates for 4 or more rooms. This request form is where you can specify exactly what your group needs and receive competitive, specially negotiated rates based on those requirements.

A: Best Western wants to understand the individual needs of your group. We understand that all groups are not alike and because of this, each group will require different elements to make their hotel stay comfortable. Our Group Request allows you to customize the elements each specific group requires.
