1. What is a Best Western Travel Card?
A currency-loaded Best Western Travel Card is a pre-paid gift card that is used toward Best Western hotel charges (any eligible service managed or operated by a BW hotel) and applicable taxes. Travel Cards may not be accepted at concessions located at a hotel that are not owned, operated or managed by that BW hotel.

3. How is the Travel Card used?
Simply present the Best Western Travel Card upon check-in at any Best Western. No advance reservations are required for currency-loaded cards. Unit-loaded cards may require advance reservation.

No, Best Western Travel Cards do not expire. Some cards may reference an expiration date - these cards will not expire. Some promotional cards may have an expiration date, please see the back of the card for details.

No. The Travel Card can not be used as a form of room reservations guarantee. A credit card is needed as a guarantee of payment and established no-show policies apply.
