The International Quality and Service Award was establish in 2008 to recognize hotels that have achieved a very high level of excellence in quality, standards and service. This prestigious award is given to hotels that have achieved a near perfect score on their Quality Assurance Assessment AND is ranked in the top 20th percentile of hotels providing the best service to their guests. Hotels receiving the Award may display the award plaque at the hotel for up to two years. Receiving this award is not an easy accomplishment and the recipients truly represent the Best of the Best Western brand.
