Best Western Rewards® General Terms and Conditions Outside of North America

Terms and conditions of Best Western Rewards® for all programs outside of North American program (North, Central and South America; Asia and South Africa).

These terms and conditions supersede and replace all previous terms and conditions and are subject to change at the sole and absolute discretion of Best Western International, Inc. and its subsidiaries (collectively "Best Western").

  • It is a condition of membership that the member agrees to abide by the rules of the Best Western Rewards®. The member's signature on the membership card confirms their acceptance of these rules.
  • Ten Best Western Rewards® points are awarded for every US$1 (fixed yearly Best Western Rewards® exchange rates used in local currencies) spent at Best Western hotels in Europe. The points are issued on qualifying rates*. Points earned at Best Western hotels worldwide are subject to local membership conditions. Please check at the time of the booking.
  • It is the responsibility of the member to show their membership card upon check-out. Best Western Rewards® points cannot be awarded after the stay occurs.
  • Points may not be transferred to another Club member.
  • Global Cheques are valid for 12 months and Free Night Vouchers are valid for 6 months.
  • Determination of any tax liability is the responsibility of the individual member of Best Western Rewards® and Best Western Hotels can not accept any such liability.
  • Best Western Hotels reserves the right to amend or withdraw the Best Western Rewards® program at any time without notice, whilst giving members a notice period for the redemption of points collected.
  • Members who join Best Western Rewards® will be transferred to membership of Best Western Rewards® in their country of residence, where conditions of membership and benefits may vary.
  • Best Western Rewards® points will expire if no Best Western Rewards® stay, redemption or partner activity is recorded during any consecutive twelve (12) month period. Expired points will not be reinstated.

*All rates are qualifying except for Employee Discount, FIT, Leisure Club, Managers Special, Priceline and other auction sites, Travel Agent Discount, Group, Wholesale, Tours and other hotel negotiated rates.
