If more than 7 days have passed since your stay and your points or airline/partner rewards haven't been posted to your account, please submit a missing points/miles form.
Please login and review your account to check your account balance and earning activity.
To update your personal information (Address, Phone, Earning Preference), log in to your Account page to edit your profile.
If you have a membership number but do not have a password and/or wish to add an email address to your profile, please contact Best Western Rewards® Customer Service by phone. If you previously provided an email during enrollment and have forgotten your password, visit Password Help to have your password emailed to you.
If you have lost or misplaced your Best Western Rewards® membership card, log in to your account and click on either "New Member Card Kit" or "Replacement Card Kit". A new card will be sent to you, usually in less than two weeks.
