SUBMITTING A GROUP REQUEST
How do I request a group reservation?
The Group RFP (Request for Proposal) is a convenient electronic form allowing you to customize your request for group rates for 4 or more rooms. The RFP form will allow you to specify exactly what your group needs and receive competitive rates based on those requirements. Our Group RFP allows you to customize the elements specific to each group. Our easy step by step procedure will guide you through the process of selecting a hotel for your group booking, entering in your requirements such as contact information and date and then linking you to our online electronic form to submit your RFP.

Best Western understands that all groups are not alike and because of this, each group will require different elements to make their hotel stay comfortable. Your group request will sent to all requested hotels. Hotels will respond directly to you via email within 1-2 business days.
CANCELING/CHANGE A GROUP RESERVATION(S)
How do I cancel or change a group reservation?
Any modifications or cancellations of your group reservations must be communicated directly to the hotel before or on the date stated on your booking confirmation. Refer to your booking confirmation for the phone number and sales contact.
