Greg Adams serves as vice president and chief digital officer for Best Western® Hotels and Resorts. Adams oversees all aspects of Best Western International’s eCommerce strategies and activities.
Adams initial focus is to make it even easier for more people to make a reservation for their next trip on the company’s award-winning website, bestwestern.com, from anywhere in the world they can connect to the Internet.
Adams joined Best Western with more than 20 years’ experience in marketing and sales leadership positions in the hospitality industry, including with Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc., Hyatt Hotels Corp. and Marriot International, Inc. As a vice president at Starwood, Adams developed a worldwide account and contact deployment system. Adams recently led an eCommerce consulting company assisting businesses with their online strategies.
Adams attended the University of Nebraska at Omaha and Bellevue University.
