Ok I have some specific reasons to give it 5 stars.
Location is great , just walk 2 mins and you are in the best nightlife of the town.
7 to 10 mins walk from 2 subway stations, on the main road...
The location is ok. The lobby is good. There is little to no English available. Room was not clean dark and dingy. Breakfast was ok. No English TV programming. AC was poor fortunately was not too hot...
