Get a $20** Best Western Gift Card (Travel Card) AFTER the first eligible stay between May 20, 2019 and September 2, 2019.

Q.   Do Best Western Rewards® members need to be REGISTERED for this promotion to be eligible to earn a $20 Gift Card?
A.   Yes. Best Western Rewards members must be REGISTERED for the promotion PRIOR to their first eligible stay applied to the promotion to qualify for the $20 Gift Card. Best Western Rewards members can register for the promotion online at bestwestern.com/rewardsrush2, by logging into their Best Western Rewards account profile and registering through their profile, or at the property front desk.

Q.   What is an eligible stay?  
A.   Best Western Rewards members must complete one eligible stay during the promotion period to earn a $20 Best Western Gift Card (Travel Card). An “eligible stay” for the purpose of this Promotion is defined as one or more consecutive nights at the same Best Western® branded hotel (excluding Great Britain locations), at a rate eligible for earning points or airline/partner rewards, with the exception of a stay booked through an online travel agency, a stay booked through a tour operator, or a stay booked at a special discounted rate (see Best Western Rewards program rules for further information on eligibility criteria). Multiple check-in/check-out at the same property with less than 24 hours between check-out and check-in will only count as one eligible stay. Eligible stays which take place during the Promotion Period must be completed on or before September 2, 2019 to be counted towards the Promotion. Eligible stays which take place during the Promotion Period, but which have a check-in date that overlaps the beginning of the Promotion Period, will be counted towards the Promotion.

Q.   How long does it take to receive the $20 Gift Card after the guest has completed an eligible stay?
A.   Best Western Rewards members who have qualified for the promotion and have a valid email address in their account profile will receive a virtual $20 Gift Card (by email) within 1-2 weeks after they have completed the qualified stay. The member must have a valid email address on file for participation and award delivery.

Q.   How many $20 Gift Cards can a Best Western Rewards members earn during the promotion period? 
A.   Each Best Western Rewards member can earn one (1) $20 Gift Card during the promotion period. Promotion is subject to cancellation or change without notice.

Q.   When does the $20 Gift Card expire? 
A.   Expiration dates will vary. Each $20 Gift Card will expire and must be used at a Best Western branded hotel a maximum of 120 days after fulfillment from Best Western International. Expiration date will be stated on the delivered Gift Card.  

Q.   If a guest doesn’t receive their $20 Gift Card within 1 month from the completed stay, who should they contact?
A.   Guests should contact Best Western Rewards Customer Care at 1(800) 237-8483.

Q.   Can all Best Western Rewards members participate in the $20 Gift Card offer?
A.   Yes. All Best Western Rewards members are eligible for this promotion regardless of their country of residence. The ‘eligible stays’ can occur at any Best Western branded hotel worldwide except locations in Great Britain. Once the $20 Best Western Gift Card is received, it can be redeemed at any Best Western branded hotel worldwide. 

Q.   Why doesn’t Best Western automatically register all existing Best Western Rewards members for the seasonal promotions?
A.   Asking customers to register for promotions engages them into our Best Western Rewards program and to our brand, and ensures that Best Western is in their consideration set. It also helps us measure the effectiveness of our promotions allowing us to continue to promote some of the richest offers in the market today. We want you to have a choice. 

Q.   If I enroll a guest who booked on an OTA into BWR® and register them for the promotion, will they earn a $20 Gift Card?
A.   Yes, assuming this is the first stay in which the guest is enrolled into the Best Western Rewards program and the hotel posts the 500 one-time sign up points to their account, this would count as an eligible stay and a $20 Gift Card will be issued. Subsequent separate stays where the member continues to book on a 3rd party/OTA site will not be eligible. Guests should be made aware that the lowest rate can be found on bestwestern.com and that only stays booked directly with Best Western qualify for Best Western Rewards points.

** The Gift Card will be issued in the Member’s local currency, where available. -- Customers who reside in countries where their main currency is listed here (USD, CAD, GBP, EUR), will receive a Gift Card in an approximate denomination to $20 USD in their country’s respective currency, otherwise, a $20 USD Gift Card will be issued.

Terms and Conditions

Best Western Rewards members**** (“Member(s)”) who (a) register for the Promotion (either on bestwestern.com/rewardsrush2 or as otherwise permitted (e.g., at the front desk of any Best Western® branded hotel)), (b) complete one (1) eligible stay* between May 20, 2019 and September 2, 2019 (“Promotion Period”) at any Best Western branded hotel worldwide***, and (c) have a valid email address listed in the Member’s account profile at the time of registration for the Promotion, will earn one (1) promotional $20** Best Western Travel Card® (“Gift Card”). 

There is a limit of one (1) $20 Gift Card per Member during the Promotion Period. The Gift Card will be emailed as a virtual gift card to the Member’s email account registered in the profile. The Gift Card cannot be used to pay for the first eligible stay, during which the Member qualified to receive the Gift Card pursuant to this Promotion. The Gift Card can be used toward a subsequent stay after the Gift Card is received. The Gift Card will be issued in the currency used in the country of the Member’s residence, as indicated in the Member’s account profile, where available**, in an amount equal to approximately $20 USD.

Promotion registration and Best Western Rewards enrollment/membership required prior to the first eligible stay applied to the PromotionEligible stays completed prior to Promotion registration and Best Western Rewards enrollment/membership will not count towards satisfying the Promotion requirements. Best Western Rewards enrollment may be completed by visiting bestwesternrewards.com. The Gift Card will expire 120 days after the date of issuance. The expiration date will be stated on the Gift Card.

Promotion is not valid with any other offer, promotion, or discount. No extensions, substitutions, or replacements available. Promotion is non-transferable. Promotion is subject to cancellation or change without notice. Please allow approximately 1-2 weeks from completion of the eligible stay to receive the Gift Card. The Gift Card will be sent electronically to the Member’s email address (regardless of whether the Member has opted out of Best Western communications). The Gift Card will not be sent via mail or any other means other than to the Member’s email address as registered in the Member’s account profile.
