Call Center - Remote Openings in Arizona


ENTRY LEVEL - Customer Service Representative - WORK FROM HOME IN ARIZONA!!

Description:

  • Answer incoming calls from prospective guests and travel agents.
  • Provides customer service by responding to reservation requests and customer inquiries/requests.
  • Responsible for handling a variety of call types and situations with the emphasis on Customer Service and sales.
  • Provide quality customer service and complete hotel booking process

Job Requirements:

  • Must have high speed internet (Cox/Century Link)
  • Demonstrate good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Work flexible shifts that may include evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Must be able to hit or exceed goals pertaining to conversion rate, attendance, talk-time, quality.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred
  • Must be computer literate and able to type at least 25 words per minute
  • Must be willing to submit to a drug test and background check
  • Must be based in Arizona

Shifts: (Must be willing to work any 8 hour (5 hours for P/T) shift between these hours!)

  • AM Shift: 4:00am - 4:30pm (Sun-Sat)
  • MID Shift: 8:30am - 8:30pm (Sun-Sat)
  • PM Shift: 12:30pm - Midnight (Sun- Sat)
  • P/T AM Shift: 6:00am – 2:00pm (Sun-Sat)
  • P/T PM Shift: 1:30 – 9:30pm (Sun-Sat)

NO CALL CENTER EXPERIENCE REQUIRED!!
