Chad Fletcher
Senior Vice President, Worldwide Sales

Chad Fletcher serves as Senior Vice President of Worldwide Sales for BWH^® Hotels. In this role, he oversees the company’s global sales organization, including business, group and leisure travel as well as hotel sales support.

With over 20 years of experience in global sales and commercial strategy, prior to joining BWH Hotels Fletcher served as Vice President of Global Sales at Sonder by Marriott Bonvoy, driving record revenue growth and strengthening strategic partnerships. He has also held senior leadership roles with leading hospitality and travel brands, including Choice Hotels International, Inc. and Avis Budget Group, Inc.

A strategic and people-focused leader, Fletcher is known for building consultative, customer-focused organizations and cultivating cultures of performance, accountability, and continuous development. Throughout his career, he has demonstrated a consistent ability to drive growth, outperform industry benchmarks, and lead commercial transformation at scale.

 He is a graduate of California State University, Fullerton, with a bachelor’s degree in Political Science.
