As Vice President of Legal for BWH^SM Hotels, Emily Snow provides legal advice to nearly every department in the company on a wide variety of topics, including membership-related matters, contract matters, corporate governance topics and litigation.

Before joining BWH Hotels, Snow clerked at the Arizona Court of Appeals and then spent ten years in private practice at the law firm of Lewis Roca, where she was elected to partner, focusing on complex business litigation and counseling. 

Snow received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Bowdoin College graduating Cum Laude and her Juris Doctor degree from the University of Arizona, graduating Magna Cum Laude and Order of the Coif.
