Joelle Park is Senior Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer for BWH^® Hotels where she leads global marketing, brand strategy and communications, including oversight of Best Western’s award-winning loyalty program, Best Western Rewards^®. 

With more than two decades in marketing, Park brings a wealth of experience driving business results through strategic and innovative marketing, and inspiring cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals. Park has held various marketing leadership positions throughout her career, spanning brand management, portfolio strategy, customer experience and product development, and has a stellar reputation for launching integrated go-to-market plans, with consistent messaging across marketing, sales and communications, that fuel performance. Before entering the hospitality industry, Park held management roles at various marketing agencies where she crafted creative solutions for top-tier brands in retail, entertainment, travel and technology.

Park is a proud alumnus of the University of Virginia, and the Hospitality Sales and Marketing Association International (HSMAI) has recognized her as one of its Top 25 Extraordinary Minds.
