Matthew Paull is the Vice President of Hotel Technology & Enterprise Systems for BWH® Hotels. He is responsible for the company’s hotel platforms and enterprise systems—including the Atlas PMS, CRS modernization, identity and network services, and secure integrations across payments and distribution—driving reliability, scalability, and guest‑centric innovation across the global portfolio.

Prior to becoming Vice President, Paull advanced through leadership roles in Technology Management at Best Western, where he oversaw the AutoClerk PMS, strengthened the organization’s cybersecurity posture, improved disaster recovery SLAs, and negotiated vendor agreements that delivered material cost savings. His passion is applying data‑driven, secure technology to enhance owner value and guest experience, and he is a firm believer in BWH Hotels’ mission and membership‑based owner‑operator model.

Paull holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from the University of Phoenix. He has contributed to industry security forums and actively mentors emerging leaders—guided by a commitment to accountability, transparency, and building high‑performing teams.
