Monte Gardiner 

Monte Gardiner is the Vice President of eCommerce and Business Intelligence for BWHSM Hotels. He is responsible for the brand’s websites and mobile apps, the organization’s data science capabilities, and a variety of other applications such as the company’s new proprietary revenue management system (RMS). 

Prior to becoming Vice President of eCommerce and Business Intelligence, Gardiner managed the company’s loyalty program, Best Western Rewards®; implemented the organization’s use of cloud-based business intelligence tools and led revenue management teams tasked with achieving industry-leading net revenue-per-available-room (RevPAR). Before joining BWH Hotels, he managed frequent flyer programs for two airlines, playing a pivotal role in airline industry consolidation and creating ground-breaking ancillary revenue programs. Gardiner’s passion is data analytics and the effective use of data in decision-making. He is a firm believer in BWH Hotels’ mission statement and the organization’s membership-based owner-operator model.

Gardiner is a graduate of Brigham Young University and holds an MBA from the University of Arizona. He has served on several industry advisory boards and actively volunteers within his local community.
