Board Director

Rebecca Driggs

Rebecca Driggs was elected to the BWH® Hotels Board of Directors (Board) in 2025 to represent the interests of hotel owners in Arizona, Colorado, Kansas, Missouri, Nebraska, New Mexico, Utah and Wyoming.

Ms. Driggs is a fourth-generation hotelier and currently owns and operates five BWH Hotels properties as part of her broader hospitality portfolio. She has been actively involved with BWH Hotels for many years, serving in key leadership roles within the brand. Notably, she served as a Governor—a liaison between BWH Hotels and its hoteliers—where she provided strategic input and support to fellow owners. In 2024, she was recognized as an All-Star Governor for her outstanding contributions. Her deep experience and insight into hotel operations and ownership bring valuable perspective to the Board.

Ms. Driggs operates eight hotels and two restaurants and bars across five states. Prior to joining the hospitality industry full-time, she practiced commercial law for more than a decade, specializing in commercial loans, bankruptcy and real estate. She was a partner at Murphy & Posner before founding her own firm. She also serves as an advisor for a private family trust with significant investments in Lloyd’s of London.

Ms. Driggs is passionate about community engagement and education. She serves on the Board of the Southwest Shakespeare Company and is a past Board President, helping provide theatre and educational experiences to more than 15,000 Arizona schoolchildren annually, many from at-risk or underperforming schools. She is also a past board member of Phoenix Rotary 100.

Ms. Driggs holds a BA and MA in Economics from Brigham Young University and a law degree from the University of Michigan. She resides in Scottsdale, Arizona, with her husband and is the proud mother of two sons and two daughters who are actively involved in the family hotel business.
