Best Western was recognized as having the most reliable and responsive web experiences in the hospitality industry. This achievement confirms Best Western’s dedication to delivering the best customer experience possible in an increasingly complex digital world. After winning silver Best of the Web Awards in 2009 and 2010, Best Western received gold Best of the Web Awards from Dynatrace each year for the past five years.
The Dynatrace 2016 Best of the Web recognizes leading companies in the retail, banking, insurance, brokerage, news media, air travel and hotel industries who are driving the digital transformation of their business and provided outstanding website performance and availability in 2015 from smartphone to laptop.
