PHOENIX (March 24, 2016) - Best Western® Hotels & Resorts unveiled the first look at its new midscale brand, GLō℠, with a vignette at the fifth-annual HI Connect hospitality tradeshow in Nashville, TN. The event, which took place from March 17-19, included the People’s Choice Awards, where industry movers and shakers voted on their favorite displays. Best Western took home the ‘Most Original Vignette’ award.

Last October, Best Western introduced the GLō brand, which was created specifically with design-savvy travelers in mind and offers a unique, stylish midscale concept for secondary and tertiary markets. GLō was designed on the premise of being cost-effective and space conscious, without sacrificing the modern amenities and demands of today’s travelers. By fully utilizing each square foot of space, guests and developers are able to take full advantage of the space available. The GLō vignette at HI Connect gave developers and designers an inside look at the brand’s unique focal entry borne and signature blue and yellow accents, a small section of the breakfast area display counter, and the glowing business bar. Rounding the corner, guests entered an ultra-chic guestroom and bathroom featuring stylish lighting elements and smart storage.
