Recently acquired by Best Western Hotels & Resorts, the WorldHotels Collection boasts three unique brands: Luxury, Elite and Distinctive. Best Western’s new-concept boutique brands, Sadie, Aiden, Vīb and Glō provide unique options for today’s travelers.
Introduced in 2018, Sadie and Aiden are the industry’s first pair of conversion boutique hotel types designed for upscale and upper-midscale markets, respectively. Both brands are chic, sophisticated and unique hotel brands that will reflect the style and pulse of the community they are in – bringing a sense of adventure and fun to guests at each hotel. The first Aiden Hotel opened in Seoul, South Korea. Additional projects for these brands are underway in locations such as Paris, France; New York, New York, and Tampa, Florida.
Best Western’s Vīb brand (as in vibrant) is a chic, hip, urban boutique hotel concept focused on style, technology and guest engagement. In 2017, Best Western announced the opening of two international Best Western Vīb hotels in Antalya, Turkey, and Bangkok, Thailand, and its first U.S. Vīb opening in Springfield, Missouri in 2018. Best Western Hotels & Resorts has Vīb projects under development in Miami, Florida; Cape Town, South Africa and more.
Glō is a broad-midscale new construction brand that offers a hip, boutique-style experience for savvy travelers who expect the best in value, design and comfort. As the name implies, the brand glows in many ways. GLō’s architecture and design have elements that speak to the name with the use of signature LED elements. LED lighting is articulated on the side of the building and in the glowing blue scarf, providing an unmistakable beacon at night, while the “Lite Brite” wall greets guests' outside and extends inside behind the glowing welcome desk. During the day, the alternating blue and gold window panes bring the building to life. The first U.S. GLō properties opened in Desoto, Texas and Ottawa, Ontario in 2018 and Asheville, North Carolina and Lexington, Kentucky in 2019. Best Western’s GLō continues to grow with projects under development in locations such as Brooklyn, New York; Nashville, Tennessee; Lagos de Moreno, Jalisco Mexico.

As part of BWR refresh, members are given instant rewards and gratification on every stay. Additionally, the Status Match…No Catch® program allows members to instantly have their status matched with other hotel loyalty programs upon enrollment.

Cage Free Egg Policy
We are pleased to join others in our industry and formalize our commitment of sourcing 100 percent of our eggs (shell, liquid, and egg products) globally from cage-free sources for Best Western Hotels & Resorts’ entire portfolio by the end of 2025. We will also make our cage-free egg policy available in key native languages, and continue to publish our progress annually.
