Featured in Bon Appetit Magazine as 'one of the most anticipated new restaurants in 2023', Chilte brings their unique brand of culinary inventiveness to the Egyptian. Coined as 'Culinary Street Food,' the onsite restaurant combines their independent spirit and wildly imagined ingredients to bring guests’ food experience to a whole new level – Chilte can be enjoyed in person or to-go at Live and in guestrooms!

Side Hustle, the 250-person outdoor cocktail bar features a wide array of inventive cocktails, spirits, and local entertainment in an eclectic open-air atmosphere. Whether it's DJ nights, karaoke, trivia, or comedy, the Egyptian's got evening plans covered for guests. Due to extreme summer heat, Side Hustle outdoor bar is closed until Labor Day.

Note: Side Hustle can get lively—earplugs are available in rooms for light sleepers.
