Pet Policy
Welcome! We are happy that you are staying with us in one of our special pet designated rooms and ask that you follow our pet policies listed below. We allow only two dogs per room please weighing up to 70 pounds each. Only “assistance guide dogs” are allowed in the public areas of the hotel that includes, but is not limited to, the lobby, whirlpool area, fitness room, meeting/banquet rooms, lobby bar area, restaurant, business center area and non-pet friendly guest rooms. Please no barking or whining. Take your pet(s) with you when you leave the guest room. Unfortunately, if we receive two noise or disruptive complaints, you will need to make alternate arrangements. When our hotel staff is servicing your room, please be present and have your pet restrained. We will not enter a guest room with an unrestrained pet. Dogs are not allowed on the beds or furniture. Please have your dog on a leash at all times when outside of the guest room. For your assistance, the front desk can provide contact information for groomers and Veterinarian services in the area as well as pet supply stores. Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their dogs in and around the city of Appleton. A $25 per day (Maximum of $125per week) pet fee will be added to your bill for supplementary cleaning. Extensive damage will result in additional charges. I agree to abide by the Copperleaf Hotel’s pet policy and agree to be responsible for any damage to property and/or personal injury to hotel employees and/or other guests caused by my pet. I also agree to absolve The Copperleaf Boutique Hotel of any liability if my pet is injured or if my pet causes injury to someone else or someone else’s pet. Thank you in advance for helping us maintain a safe environment and for being considerate to all of our furry and non-furry guests.
