I found the Hotel lacking in Professionalism, negatives, the staff in the restaurant were very noisy while customers were eating as if no one was there, no attention to service was given.
Have stayed at this hotel in transit a number of times, again yesterday, and am always impressed with how friendly and helpful the reception staff are, always more than happy to help in any way...
