The Best Western Plus Au Grand Saint-Jean is the ideal place to enjoy the many wonders of the city, it’s museums, architecture and most importantly, its vineyards. Entirely remodeled in the spring and summer of 2023, this stunning 4 Star hotel is the perfect basecamp to discover the region and immerse yourself in nature. You will be able to walk to the renowned Hospices de Beaune, the Caves Patriarchs, and cycle to a smaller city through the vines.

Located at the heart of Burgundy, the hotel is easy to access, as it is less than a 10 minutes’ walk from Beaune’s TER railway station, and less than a 20 minutes’ journey from Dijon’s TGV railway station. If you travel by car, Beaune is near several Highways, such as the A6 to Paris or Lyon, or the 138 to Besancon or the A31 to Dijon.

The hotel offers several types of rooms to better meet your requirements. We offer double rooms (160 beds), twin rooms (2x90 beds) and king rooms (180 beds) for up to two people, as well as triple rooms, quadruple rooms and suites. The rooms are well decorated and equipped with a coffee tray, a 32-inch TV, a hair dryer and free high-speed Wi-Fi.

The breakfast buffet is served from 7 to 10:30 a.m. for a fee. Various dishes compose our breakfast from cooked eggs and bacon to yogurt, local marmalades, fresh fruits, French bread, several types of cheese and charcuterie. Coffee, hot chocolate, mild or juices, you can drink and eat to your hearts content.

There are people at the reception area 24/7 to welcome you, answer questions and help you plan your ideal stay in Beaune. We can book a table, a taxi or a visit for you so that all you have to focus on is enjoying yourself. We speak English, French, German and Spanish.

The hotel has four specially equipped rooms for people with reduced mobility, available upon request at the reception desk at 03.80.24.12.22 and subject to availability.

There is private, secure car parking for 10 EUR. Free, public car parking is less than 20 minutes from the hotel. Pets are welcome for a fee of 10 EUR per animal per night.
