We had points for a free night and this is the most horrible Best Western we stayed at. First, we checked in and the gentleman never said hi and never recognized that we were Best Western members...
The service is always friendly and the room is always clean. It's great to have complimentary bottles of water and though we've never used it, there is a discount for the restaurant/tavern next door...
