If you have a membership number but do not have online account access, please contact Best Western Rewards Customer Service by phone to set up your online account. If you previously provided an email during enrollment, please click Password Help to have your password emailed to you. If you are already a member, please do not create a new account as it will create a duplicate account.
You can access your up-to-date account information including stays and account balance, at anytime, by logging into Best Western Rewards account.
No. Best Western Rewards points never expire.
Log in to your account and click on either "New Member Card Kit" or "Replacement Card Kit". A new card will be sent to you, usually in less than two weeks.
If you were enrolled at one of our Best Western® properties, your membership card will arrive within 2-3 weeks after you have enrolled.
If you enrolled online, your card will not be mailed out until after your first stay has been posted to your account. However, you will still be given your Best Western Rewards membership number so you can begin using your account right away.
REMEMBER, always provide your Best Western Rewards number to each hotel you stay at, so that you can receive all of the rewarding benefits of the Best Western Rewards program.

Best Western Rewards members earn 10 points for every U.S. dollar spent (or the equivalent for other currencies), on their room rate including VAT in certain areas outside the United States, but excluding amounts paid for non-VAT tax and incidentals. The rate paid must be a qualifying rate to receive rewards points or airline/partner rewards. Best Western Rewards members can also receive points by shopping and converting points from other rewards programs or using services from our preferred partners. (Points and earning rules may vary by partner).
Reservations are always recommended, but you do not need one in order to earn rewards for stays. Simply tell the front desk clerk that you would like to add your Best Western Rewards number to your reservation and your rewards will be credited to your account within 3 days of check-out.
Yes, simply log in to your Best Western Rewards account and book your reservation. To ensure you are credited the appropriate amount of points or airline/partner rewards for your stay; please present your Best Western Rewards card upon check-in at the hotel.

Yes, you will earn points or airline/partner rewards when you pay with a Best Western Travel Card as long as you stay at a qualifying rate.
You may choose to earn airline/partner rewards with a number of our global airline partners. To earn airline/partner rewards with one of these partners, select an airline as your earning preference and include your frequent flyer number in your account profile.
You may change your earning preference online at any time by logging in to your Best Western Rewards account.
Best Western hotels are not required to issue both points and airline/partner rewards for the same stay. Your designated earning preference (points or airline/partner rewards) will be credited accordingly for each stay. You may change your earning preference by logging in to your Best Western Rewards account.
If I book more than one room at a Best Western for the same night, will I earn points or airline/partner rewards for each room?
Best Western hotels are required to issue points OR airline/partner rewards for up to 10 rooms booked by the same member for the same night provided that the member pays for the rooms with at a qualifying rate.
Please allow up to 7 days for points or airline/rewards to post to your account. Airline or Partner Rewards can take up to two statement cycles to appear on your partner account. Be sure to show your card upon check-in to help expedite the posting of Best Western Rewards points or airline/partner rewards. If you have stayed at a Best Western and would like to inquire about missing points or airline/partner rewards, please fill out this form and our Customer Service team will assist you.
**For international stays, in order to post your stay we request that you mail or fax a copy of your hotel receipt or folio.**

If you provided your Best Western Rewards card or membership number at the time of your Best Western, stay please allow at least 7 days for points or airline miles to be posted to your account.
If more than 7 days have passed since your departure date and points or airline/partner rewards are not posted to your account, log in to your account and fill out the Missing Points or Airline/Partner Rewards Discrepancy request and you will get assistance in getting credit for that stay. For new Members, credit will be accepted for any qualifying Best Western Rewards stay occurring within 30 days prior to enrollment in the Program.
PLEASE NOTE: Stays over 6 months old cannot be reviewed for points or airline/partner rewards. Best Western only has information on file for reservations made through www.bestwestern.com or one of our worldwide reservations centers.

If you're only a few points away from an award, you may purchase the remaining amount of points (1,000 points for $10, up to a maximum of 10,000 points per transaction) to be eligible for the award. To process your request, please contact our Best Western Rewards Customer Service team.
You can redeem your points for hotel stays worldwide in over 80 different countries. Free nights range from 8,000 to 36,000 points, depending on the property type and location. Best Western Rewards members must have the necessary number of points to complete a free night based on the hotel’s individual point tier level. Search for hotels using your Best Western Rewards points. Should you not have the required amount of points for the stay upon arrival, you will be required to pay the prevailing rate.
Free Room Nights are fully transferable and can be used at any Best Western brand lodging establishment in Asia, Australia, Europe, Central America, North America and South America that accepts the point value designated with the Free Room Night, subject to capacity controls and lodging establishment room availability, which may limit the availability of rooms offered at Best Western hotels.
