Gardens in Manitoba
Spend an afternoon at Leo Mol Sculpture Garden, home to several sculptures created by Dr. Leo Mol. After a relaxing stroll through the garden, head to the Leo Mol School House Studio to see how these sculptures were made.
You’ll need at least a full day to play at Fun Mountain Waterslide Park. The waterpark is open from mid-June through late August and is home of the ‘biggest hot tub in Manitoba’. Make your way down the Enchanted River and play on the bumper boats to make the most of your summer getaway in Manitoba. It’s located near downtown Winnipeg and Tinkertown Family Fun Park.
Leo Mol Sculpture Garden
While visiting Winnipeg and the Assiniboine Park, take a walk through the Leo Mol Sculpture Garden. This beautiful garden was established in 1992, featuring the work of gifted artist, Dr. Leo Mol.
Stroll the grounds to view the numerous sculptures created by Mol, who donated the sculptures and many works of art to the city, after moving to Manitoba from the Ukraine in 1949.
Afterwards, step into the Leo Mol School House Studio to see how the sculptures are made and watch the "Light and Shadow" video.
