Indiana’s southern region is teeming with visitor-friendly farms, pick-your-own orchards, corn mazes, and much more.
For some U-pick fun, head to Clark's Berry Farm in North Vernon for PYO berries likes blackberries, raspberries, and strawberries, plus plenty of veggie delights like corn, pumpkins, and tomatoes. If it’s apples you’re after, visit Guilford for Beiersdorfer Orchard’s apples and apple cider, plus peaches, pears, and plums.
Looking for a full farm experience? Southern Indiana is busting with welcoming farmstead offering plenty of activity.
Check out Cornucopia Farm in Scottsburg for the real thing. Enjoy hands-on experience like cow milking, horseback riding, and the Corn Crib Fun and Little Farmers Play Area for the kids. More family-friendly activities at Cornucopia Farm includes the Super Straw House, the Petting Farm, U-Pick Pumpkin Patch & Wagon Rides, the Observation Bee Hive, and the Cornucopia Farm Market.
Another full farm experience is found at Lark Ranch in Loogootee. Check out the corn maze, pumpkin patch, pioneer farm village, and petting zoo. Little ones enjoy the sand box, and even the corn box, while older ones can partake in zip lining and country fair food.
If you’re interested in farmers’ markets down in southern Indiana, don’t miss the Bloomington Community Farmers' Market in, you guessed it, Bloomington, or the Farmers Market, Soda Pop Shoppe & Gift Shop at the Joe Huber Family Farm & Restaurant in Starlight.

Visitors to New Creation Daylilies, your first stop is Marion's Greenhouse, followed by Stream Cliff Farm. Enjoy a picnic lunch outside, or grab a table at Feltner's Café or even the Stream Cliff Tea Room. Take a quick walk to the James Bridge, and don’t miss the annual Daylily Festival.
