Brave the terrors of the Morbid Mansion. Take the little ones for a ride in a whirling teacup.
Jolly Roger Speedworld
At Jolly Roger Speedworld, push the pedal in a go kart or sail over head on an extreme zip-line. Young drivers get their first experience behind the wheel on the Rookie Track and Kiddie Grand Prix, while master drivers tackle the twisty Lemans course. Combine go karts with traditional rides on the Cyclone Cart Coaster. You can't avoid getting wet at Splash Mountain Water Park, with watery roller coasters and slides. Six Flags America is in Mitchellville near Lanham. It's a great choice to find thrills for the whole family. Junior travelers will love the Whistlestop Train and the rides in Looney Tunes Movie Town. Grown-ups can brave the looping Apocalypse: The Last Stand ride or the Wild One wooden coaster. Cool off in the water park rides, with a beach, wave pool, multi-story slides, and more ways to create a big splash. When you need a break from the rides, take in one of the park's shows or settle in for a snack-dining options include American, Asian, and Italian.
