New Jersey Pinelands National Reserve
Consisting of 1.1 million acres spread throughout New Jersey, the New Jersey Pinelands National Reserve was established as the country's first national preserve. Taking up more than 20 percent of New Jersey's land area, primarily comprised of the New Jersey Pine Barrens.
