Washington Coast & Metro Seattle Golf Courses
Make your way through Seattle, the surrounding metro area and Puget Sound, and the Washington coast for excellent golf opportunities.
The Washington National Golf Club is in southern Seattle just east of downtown Auburn. This 18-hole Seattle golf club is the home course for the men's and women's golf teams of the University of Washington. It's a par-72 measuring in at 7,300 yards from the Championship Tees and just about 5,100 from the ladies.
Other Seattle area golf courses include the Jefferson Park Golf Course, Bellevue Golf Course, and the Golf Club at Newcastle.
Neighboring Tacoma and Lakewood, the Chambers Bay Golf Course – future host of the 2015 U.S. Open Championship next June. After 18 holes, enjoy a snack or drink at the Chambers Bay Grill.

Today, Ocean Shores Golf Course features 18 holes, is a par 71 and plays at 6,252 yards. Famous celebrities like Pat Boone and Clint Eastwood have played Ocean Shores Golf Course, and it's hosted top events in the past – the 1971 Northwest Open, the 1990 Pacific Northwest Pro-Am, and the 2007 PNGA Junior Girls' Championship.

Three Rivers Golf Course
Established in 1983, the Three Rivers Golf Course is found easily by Interstate 5 in southeastern Washington. Set on the Cowlitz River in Kelso, this public golf facility features 18 regulation holes.
Open year round, Three Rivers Golf Course has a par of 72, a course rating of 70.8, and a slope rating of 117 on 6,700 yards of golf. Designed by Fred Bader, Three Rivers also features a 20-tee driving range.
Tumwater Valley Municipal Golf Course
Boasting an award-winning history, the Tumwater Valley Municipal Golf Course is located in Tumwater – less than an hour from the Pacific Coast. Frequently voted "Best of South Sound" by readers of the Olympian, the 18-hole course lets golfers escape to the tranquil green of the Deschutes River Valley.
Players practice their swing on the facility’s enormous driving range and lessons are frequently available on site from PGA and LPGA member teaching professionals. After a long game, the gloves come off and the drinks come out at River’s Edge restaurant and sports bar.
Washington National Golf Club

In 2006, Fairways and Greens magazine ranked the Washington National Golf Club as one of the best golf experiences in the west, and was labeled as the 5th most challenging course in the state of Washington by the USGA.
The Washington National Golf Club has hosted the NCAA Women's West Regional, the NCAA Men's West Regional, and is open for you to play year round. It is a public course.
