Boise is home to the 50-acre Idaho Botanical Garden. There are ten main gardens within the park, including an English Garden designed by John Brookes, an Iris Garden, and a Water Garden. Meanwhile, Moscow is home to The University of Idaho Arboretum and Botanical Garden. Idaho Botanical Garden
This lovely 50-acre park sits on the grounds of the Old Idaho State Penitentiary’s farm. Among the inspiring gardens: An Alpine Garden, a Cactus Garden, and an English Garden designed by famed landscape architect John Brookes. You can also explore the Iris Garden and Rose Garden, as well as the Idaho Native Plant Garden, among others, during your visit.
