Hunting Island State Park
Covering over 5,000 acres, Hunting Island State Park is set on Hunting Island near Beaufort on the South Carolina Coast. Established in 1935, the park is operated by the South Carolina Department of Parks, Recreation & Tourism.
Hunting Island State Park features the Hunting Island Visitors Center, the Paradise Pier fishing pier, and the Hunting Island Lighthouse.
Visitors may also look forward to four miles of beach, six miles of hiking and biking trail, and plenty of scenic coastline.
