In a time when you need greater reassurance regarding your health and safety, we have developed guidelines for extra cleaning and sanitisation procedures. We want to provide you peace of mind as you resume travelling – all while ensuring that the comfort and quality of your stay has not been compromised.
Our global We Care Clean program is our commitment to you that your health and wellbeing is paramount. Hygiene and cleanliness have never been more important to us – we believe that hotels can never be ‘too clean’.
Developed based on international best practice and complying with all relevant Federal, State and Local Government requirements, our We Care Clean program addresses four key areas in our hotels:
Within all public areas of our hotels, we’re implementing social distancing measures and enhancing our hygiene and sanitisation measures. We’re making hand sanitiser available wherever possible. And while we’re minimising direct guest contact with our personnel for everyone’s protection, we still look forward to warmly welcoming you and ensuring you have the best stay.
While we were already recognized for our thorough approach to cleaning, we have increased our rigorous cleaning protocols even further. You may notice we have removed some of the soft furnishings and little touches from our rooms temporarily to ensure we provide you the most hygienic and COVID-safe environment possible.
Restaurant and Breakfast Offerings
While we recognize the importance of quality breakfast and dining experiences, we have adapted our offerings to prioritize your health and safety and to comply with best practice guidelines, including:
- Enhancing our ‘Grab & Go’ breakfast takeaway options
- Ensuring adequate social distancing in our restaurants and breakfast rooms that comply with all guidelines, and
- Replacing common usage items with single use alternatives.
Our employees have all been trained and are following strict work guidelines, including wearing personal protective equipment where appropriate, frequent and stringent hand-washing and staying home if at all unwell. We’re supporting their health as well as that of our valued guests.
