Limousine service:

  1. In the case customer requires to deduct 5% withholding tax (rental), please notify the staff before payment. We reserve the right to not refund any amount after payment.
  2. The rental rate does not include fuel, expressway fee and parking fee.
  3. According to the law, the speed limit is 90 km/hour.
  4. In case the usage exceeds 12 hours / day, an additional fee of 1000 THB / hour will be charged.
  5. In case the usage exceeds midnight, an additional 1 Day rate will be charged.
  6. Carrying any illegal items on the rented vehicle is prohibited.
  7. Smoking, smelly foods and pets are strictly prohibited in the vehicle. In case of violation, a fine of 5,000 THB will be charged.
  8. In case customer requires police escort with the vehicle, the customer will be responsible for all charges including all penalties/fines that arise during the trip.

Self Drive service: 

  1. Cancellation policy: No refund in any case after payment.
  2. In case customer requires to deduct 5% withholding tax (rental), please notify the staff before payment. We reserve the right to not refund any amount after payment
  3. The renter must deposit an amount of 5,000 THB at the time of pick-up of the rented vehicle. The deposit must be made by credit card and the time taken for the amount to be refunded will depend on the issuing bank of the credit card.
  4. Pick up and return of the rented vehicle is free of charge during the working hours of branch (08.00-20.00). For after hours service of pick up and return of the rented vehicle, there will be an extra charge of 100 THB / hour (includes Vat 7%).
  5. Carrying any illegal items on the rented vehicle is prohibited.
  6. Smoking, smelly foods and pets are strictly prohibited in the vehicle. In case of violation, a fine of 5,000 THB will be charged.
