TERMS AND CONDITIONS
“Get 1,000 Bonus Best Western Rewards® (“BWR®”) Points (“Bonus Points”) for your Stay in Amsterdam” (“Promotion”)
BWR members*** (“Member(s)”) who: (a) register for the Promotion (either online in their account or via the Best Western® call center) before making their reservation; (b) book a BWR Non-Refundable rate through a qualified Best Western booking channel*, for an eligible stay** that will occur between the 10th of December, 2018, and the 31st of August, 2019 ( the “Promotion Period”) at the Postillion Hotel Amsterdam, BW Signature Collection® by Best Western; (c) provide their BWR account number at the time of booking; and (d) complete the eligible stay during the Promotion Period, will earn 1,000 Bonus Points per eligible stay.
There is a limit of one (1) award that each Member can earn during the Promotion Period. BWR enrollment/membership and registration for the Promotion is required prior to the first eligible stay. Eligible nights completed prior to Promotion registration and BWR enrollment/membership will not count towards satisfying the Promotion requirements. BWR enrollment may be completed by visiting bestwesternrewards.com.
The eligible rate plan for this Promotion is the BWR Non-Refundable rate plan.
No extensions, substitutions, or replacements available. The Promotion may not be valid with certain other offers, promotions, or discounts. The Promotion is subject to cancellation or change without notice. Please allow 2-3 weeks after the eligible stay(s) is completed for posting of Bonus Points. *A “qualified Best Western booking channel” for the purpose of this Promotion is defined as any Best Western booking channel with the exception of (a) online travel agencies (“OTAs”), such as priceline.com, expedia.com, travelocity.com, booking.com, kayak.com, (b) stays booked through tour operators, and (c) any special discounted rates, such as employee rates, FIT/wholesale/net rates, motorcoach/bus rates, crew rates, BWR free night awards rates (FX rates), or discounted rates for stays longer than thirty (30) nights.
**An “eligible stay” for the purpose of this Promotion is defined as any stay (i.e., one (1) or more consecutive nights at the same Best Western branded hotel) with the exception of a stay booked through an online travel agency, a stay booked through a tour operator, and a stay booked at a special discounted rate (see BWR program rules for further information on eligibility criteria). Only one (1) check-in/check-out permitted per eligible stay. Eligible stays which take place during the Promotion Period but which have a check-in or a check-out date that overlaps the beginning or ending of the Promotion Period will be counted towards the Promotion.
