The promotion offer is “Stay 3 Nights and Get a $50 Best Western® Gift Card. Limit 3 ($150 Max) when you complete qualified nights between February 2, 2026 – May 10, 2026.” What is a “qualified night”? 
A “qualified night” for the purpose of this promotion is defined as a stay of at least one night at any Best Western® branded hotel in the United States, Canada, or the Caribbean, at a rate eligible for earning Points, with the exception of a stay booked through an online travel agency, booked through a tour operator, or booked at a special discounted rate (see BWR® program rules for further information on qualifying criteria). Qualified nights that take place during the Promotion Period must be completed on or before May 10, 2026 to count towards the promotion. 

Can I use the $50 Best Western Gift Card on my first (current) qualifying night? 
No. Best Western Rewards® members who have qualified for the promotion and have a valid email address in their account profile will receive a virtual (by email) $50 Best Western Gift Card within 2 weeks AFTER they have completed the qualified night(s). The member must have a valid email address on file for participation and award delivery. The Gift Card will be available for use on a subsequent night or stay AFTER it is received. 

How long does it take to receive the $50 Best Western Gift Card after I have completed my qualified nights? 
Best Western Rewards members who have qualified for the promotion and have a valid email address in their account profile will receive a virtual (by email) $50 Gift Card within 2 weeks after they have completed the qualifying night(s). The member must have a valid email address on file for participation and award delivery.  

Can the $50 Best Western Gift Card be used on any stay? 
No. The Gift Card can only be used on stays booked via Best Western direct booking channels to include: bestwestern.com, directly with the property or by contacting Reservations (1(800) 780-7234). Best Western Gift Cards cannot be applied to pre-paid reservations. Gift cards are not redeemable at WorldHotels™ properties. 

Do Best Western Rewards members need to be REGISTERED for this promotion to be eligible to earn the Best Western Gift Card? 
Yes. Best Western Rewards members must be REGISTERED for the promotion PRIOR to their first qualified night. Best Western Rewards members can register for the promotion online; by logging into their Best Western Rewards account profile and registering through their profile, or at the property front desk. 

How many $50 Best Western Gift Cards can a Best Western Rewards member earn during the promotion period? 
Each Best Western Rewards member can earn a maximum of three (3) $50 Gift Cards during the promotion period. Promotion is subject to cancellation or change without notice. 

Does the $50 Best Western Gift Card expire? 
Yes. The promotional $50 Best Western Gift Cards will expire and must be used at a Best Western Hotels & Resorts branded hotel by August 2, 2026. The expiration date will be stated on the delivered Gift Card. 

What if I have a valid email address in my Best Western Rewards account profile but I prefer a plastic $50 Best Western Gift Card mailed to me?   
No plastic cards will be distributed for this promotion.

If a guest doesn’t receive their $50 Best Western Gift Card within 1 month from the completed stay, who should they contact?   
Sometimes emails can get caught in your spam filter.  Please check and make sure you’ve added Best Western to your accepted emails. If you need us to re-send your Gift Card, please contact Best Western Rewards Customer Care at 1(800) 237-8483 or email at rewards@cs.bestwestern.com

Can all Best Western Rewards members participate? 
Yes, all Best Western Rewards members are eligible for this promotion. The qualified night(s) can only occur at Best Western Hotels & Resorts branded hotels in the United States, Canada, and the Caribbean Islands. 

Why doesn’t Best Western automatically register all existing Best Western Rewards members into the seasonal promotions? 
Asking customers to register for promotions engages them into our Best Western Rewards program and to our brand and ensures that Best Western is in their travel considerations. It also helps us measure the effectiveness of our promotions allowing us to continue to promote some of the richest offers in the market today. We want you to have a choice. 

Can the expiration date on the Gift Card be extended? 
No. There are no extensions given on these promotional Gift Cards.

Best Western Rewards® (“BWR®”) members (“Rewards Member(s)”) who (a) register for this promotion on bestwestern.com/stay3get50 or as otherwise permitted (e.g., at the front desk of any Best Western® branded hotel), (b) stay for three (3) qualified nights* between February 2, 2026 and May 10, 2026 (“Promotion Period”) at any Best Western branded hotel in the United States, Canada, or the Caribbean Islands, and (c) have a valid email address listed in the Rewards Member’s account profile at the time of registration for the promotion, will earn one (1) promotional $50 USD/CAD** Best Western® Gift Card (“Gift Card”). There is a limit of three (3) $50 USD/CAD Gift Cards per Rewards Member during the promotion. Gift Cards expire on August 2, 2026.   

Promotion registration and BWR enrollment/membership are required prior to the first qualified night. Qualified stays completed prior to promotion registration and BWR enrollment/membership will not count towards satisfying the promotion requirements. BWR enrollment may be completed by visiting bestwesternrewards.com.  

Please allow approximately two (2) weeks from completion of the third qualified night to receive the Gift Card. The Gift Card will be sent electronically to the Rewards Member’s email address (regardless of whether the Rewards Member has opted out of Best Western communications). The Gift Card will not be sent via mail or any other means other than to the Rewards Member’s email address as registered in the Rewards Member’s account profile. Gift Cards expire on August 2, 2026. The expiration date will be stated on the Gift Card. No extensions, substitutions, or replacements available. The Gift Card cannot be used to pay for the qualified night during which the Rewards Member qualified to receive the Gift Card pursuant to this promotion.
