The promotion offer is “Get a Free Night Voucher, after 2 completed eligible stays at any Best Western® branded hotel in the United States, Canada or the Caribbean between February 4, 2019 and April 14, 2019.” What is an eligible stay? 
An “eligible stay” for the purpose of this Promotion is defined as one or more consecutive nights at the same Best Western branded hotel, at a rate eligible for earning points or airline/partner rewards, with the exception of a stay booked through an online travel agency, a stay booked through a tour operator, or a stay booked at a special discounted rate (see Best Western Rewards® program rules for further information on eligibility criteria). Multiple check-in/check-out at the same property with less than 24 hours between check-out and check-in will not count as one eligible stay. Eligible stays which take place during the Promotion Period must be completed on or before April 14, 2019 to be counted towards the Promotion. Eligible stays which take place during the Promotion Period, but which have a check-in date that overlaps the beginning of the Promotion Period, will be counted towards the Promotion.

How long does it take to receive the Free Night Voucher after I have completed my eligible stays?
Best Western Rewards members who have qualified for the promotion and have a valid email address in their account profile will receive a Free Night Voucher approximately 2-3 weeks after they have completed the qualified stays. The member must have a valid email address on file for award delivery.

Do Best Western Rewards members need to be REGISTERED for this promotion to be eligible to receive the Free Night Voucher?
Yes. Best Western Rewards members must be REGISTERED for the promotion PRIOR to their first eligible stay applied to the promotion to qualify for the Free Night Voucher. Best Western Rewards members can register for the promotion online; by logging into their Best Western Rewards account profile and registering through their profile, or at the property front desk.

How do I make a reservation using my Free Night Voucher?
Advance Reservations are required. Please contact our reservation team at 1(800) 567-4009 to make your reservation and clearly state that you are using a free night voucher as payment. 

How many Free Night Vouchers can a Best Western Rewards members earn during the promotion period? 
Each Best Western Rewards member can earn one (1) Free Night Voucher during the promotion period. Promotion is subject to cancellation or change without notice.

When does the Free Night Voucher expire? 
Expiration dates will vary. The free night voucher will expire 60 days after fulfillment. Expiration date will be stated on the free night voucher.

It’s been more than 3 weeks, and I haven’t received my Free Night Voucher, what steps should I take? 
Sometimes email can get caught in your spam filter. Please check and make sure you’ve added Best Western to your accepted emails. If you need us to re-send the Free Night Voucher, please contact Best Western Rewards Customer Care at 1(800) 237-8483.

Can all Best Western Rewards members participate?
Yes. Best Western Rewards members, who reside in the United States, Canada or the Caribbean Islands, can stay at any Best Western branded hotel worldwide. Best Western Rewards members, who reside outside of the United States, Canada or the Caribbean Islands, must complete their stay(s) at any Best Western branded hotel in the United States, Canada or the Caribbean Islands.

Why doesn’t Best Western automatically register all existing Best Western Rewards members into the seasonal promotions?
Asking customers to register for promotions engages them into our Best Western Rewards program and to our brand, and ensures that Best Western is in their consideration set. It also helps us measure the effectiveness of our promotions allowing us to continue to promote some of the richest offers in the market today. We want you to have a choice.

Best Western Rewards® members** (“Member(s)”) who (a) register for the Promotion (either on bestwestern.com/rewardsrush1 or as otherwise permitted (e.g., at the front desk of any Best Western® branded hotel in the United States, Canada, or the Caribbean Islands)), (b) complete two (2) eligible stays* between February 4, 2019 and April 14, 2019 (“Promotion Period”) at a Best Western branded hotel, and (c) have a valid email address listed in the Member’s account profile at the time of registration for the Promotion, will earn a free night voucher redeemable at any Best Western branded hotel in the United States, Canada or the Caribbean Islands. 

There is a limit of one (1) free night voucher a Member can earn during the Promotion Period. Promotion registration and Best Western Rewards enrollment/membership required prior to the first eligible stay applied to the PromotionEligible stays completed prior to Promotion registration and Best Western Rewards enrollment/membership will not count towards satisfying the Promotion requirements. Best Western Rewards enrollment may be completed by visiting bestwesternrewards.com. The free night voucher will expire 60 days after fulfillment. Expiration date will be stated on the free night voucher.

No extensions, substitutions, or replacements available. Promotion is non-transferable. Promotion is not valid with any other offer, promotion, or discount. The free night voucher will be sent electronically to the Member’s email address (regardless of whether the Member has opted out of Best Western communications).
