The promotion offer is “Best Western Rewards® members who register and stay between May 21, 2018 and September 3, 2018 at a Best Western branded hotel will get a $30** CAD Best Western Gift Card® (Travel Card) on their first eligible stay and 2,000 bonus points on additional stays during the promotion period.” What is an eligible stay? 
Best Western Rewards members must complete one eligible stay to earn a $30 CAD Best Western Travel Card. An “eligible stay” for the purpose of this Promotion is defined as any point/mile-eligible stay of one or more consecutive nights at the same Best Western® branded hotel, with the exception of a stay booked through an online travel agency, a stay booked through a tour operator, or a stay booked at a special discounted rate (see Best Western Rewards program rules for further information on eligibility criteria). Multiple check-in/check-out at the same property with less than 24 hours between check-out and check-in will count as one eligible stay. Eligible stays which take place during the Promotion Period must be completed on or before September 3, 2018 to be counted towards the Promotion. Eligible stays which take place during the Promotion Period, but which have a check-in date that overlaps the beginning of the Promotion Period, will be counted towards the Promotion.

How long does it take to receive the $30 Travel Card after I have completed my first eligible stay?|
Best Western Rewards members who have qualified for the promotion and have a valid email address in their account profile will receive a virtual (by email) $30 Travel Card within 2-3 weeks after they have completed the qualified stay. The member must have a valid email address on file for award delivery.

How long does it take to receive the bonus points? 
Best Western Rewards members who have qualified for the promotion will receive the promotional bonus points within 2-3 weeks from completion of the eligible stays.

Do Best Western Rewards members need to be REGISTERED for this promotion to be eligible to earn a $30 Travel Card and 2,000 bonus points?
Yes. Best Western Rewards members must be REGISTERED for the promotion PRIOR to their first eligible stay applied to the promotion to qualify for the $30 Travel Card and bonus points. Best Western Rewards members can register for the promotion online; by logging into their Best Western Rewards account profile and registering through their profile, or at the property front desk.

How many $30 Travel Cards can a Best Western Rewards members earn during the promotion period?
Each Best Western Rewards member can earn one (1) $30 Travel Card during the promotion period. Promotion is subject to cancellation or change without notice.

How many times can a Best Western Rewards members earn the 2,000 bonus points during the promotion period?
There is no limit to the number of bonus point awards a Member can earn during the Promotion Period.

When does the $30 Travel Card expire?
Expiration dates will vary. Each $20 Travel Card will expire and must be used at a Best Western branded hotel a minimum of 120 days after fulfillment from Best Western International. Expiration date(s) will be stated on the delivered Gift Card(s).

What if I have a valid email address in my Best Western Rewards account profile but I prefer to have a plastic $30 Travel Card mailed to me? 
No plastic cards will be distributed for this promotion.

Can all Best Western Rewards members participate?
No. Members who reside in North America, can stay at any Best Western branded hotel worldwide. Members, who reside outside of North America, are not eligible for this offer.

Why doesn’t Best Western automatically register all existing Best Western Rewards members into the seasonal promotions?
Asking customers to register for promotions engages them into our Best Western Rewards program and to our brand, and ensures that Best Western is in their consideration set. It also helps us measure the effectiveness of our promotions allowing us to continue to promote some of the richest offers in the market today. We want you to have a choice. 

Can the expiration date on the Travel Card be extended?
No. There are no extensions given on these promotional Travel Cards.

Best Western Rewards members*** (“Member(s)”) who (a) reside in North America, (b) were pre-selected by Best Western® to receive an offer for the Promotion via email, or through select partner channels, and (c) register for the Promotion on bestwestern.com/summercombo2K, (d) complete one (1) eligible stay* between May 21, 2018 and September 3, 2018 (“Promotion Period”) at a Best Western branded hotel, and (e) have a valid email address listed in the Member’s account profile at the time of registration for the Promotion, will earn one (1) promotional $30 CAD Best Western Travel Card® (“Gift Card”) for the first stay and 2000 Best Western Rewards (“BWR®”) promotional bonus points for each subsequent stay.

There is a limit of one (1) $30 CAD Gift Card per Member during the promotion period. **The Gift Card will be issued in the Member’s local currency in an approximate denomination to $20 USD. There is no limit to the number of 2000 BWR promotional bonus point awards each Member can earn during the Promotion Period. Promotion registration and BWR enrollment/membership required prior to the first eligible stay applied to the PromotionEligible stays completed prior to Promotion registration and BWR enrollment/membership will not count towards satisfying the Promotion requirements. BWR enrollment may be completed by visiting bestwesternrewards.com. The Gift Card will expire a minimum of 120 days after fulfillment. The expiration date will be stated on Gift Card.

Promotion is not valid with any other offer, promotion, or discount. No extensions, substitutions, or replacements available. Promotion is non-transferable. Promotion is subject to cancellation or change without notice. Please allow approximately 2-3 weeks from completion of the eligible stay to receive the Gift Card or for the promotional bonus points to be posted. The Gift Card will be sent electronically to the Member’s email address (regardless of whether the Member has opted out of Best Western communications). Gift Cards will not be sent via mail or any other means other than to the Member’s email address as registered in the Member’s account profile.
