How long does it take to receive the 1,000 Bonus Points per night after a Best Western Rewards member completes a qualified night? 
Best Western Rewards members who have qualified for the promotion will receive the Bonus Points approximately 2 weeks after they have completed the qualified night.  

Do Best Western Rewards members need to be REGISTERED for this promotion to be eligible to earn the 1,000 Bonus Points per night? 
Yes. Best Western Rewards members must be REGISTERED for the promotion PRIOR to their qualified night. Best Western Rewards members can register for the promotion online, by logging into their Best Western Rewards account profile and registering through their profile, or at the property front desk. 

Is there a limit to the number of times a Best Western Rewards member can earn 1,000 Bonus Points during the Promotion Period (May 11, 2026-September 7, 2026)?   
No. There is no limit to the number of 1,000 Bonus Points per night a Best Western Rewards member can earn during the Promotion Period. Promotion is subject to cancellation or change without notice. 

If a guest doesn’t receive 1,000 Bonus Points per night within 2 weeks from the completed night, who should they contact?  
They will need to contact Best Western Rewards Customer Care at 1(800) 237-8483. 

Can all Best Western Rewards members participate? 
Yes, all Best Western Rewards members are eligible for this promotion. The qualified night can be completed at any BWH hotel in the United States, Canada, or the Caribbean.  

Why doesn’t Best Western automatically register all existing Best Western Rewards members into the seasonal promotions?  
Asking customers to register for promotions engages them with our Best Western Rewards program and with our brand, and it ensures that Best Western is in their travel considerations. It also helps us measure the effectiveness of our promotions, allowing us to continue to promote some of the richest offers in the market today. 

Who is eligible for the Sweepstakes? 
The Sweepstakes is open to Best Western Rewards (BWR^®) members who are legal residents of the United States (including territories and the District of Columbia) or Canada, and who are 18 years or older and the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence. Certain employees, directly involved in administering the Sweepstakes and employees of the Administrator are not eligible.  

Do I need to be registered for the Summer 2026 BWR promotion to enter? 
To receive a Stay Entry (as defined in the Official Rules), you must be registered for the Summer 2026 BWR promotion before completing your eligible night. See the Official Rules for alternate mail-in method of entry.  

How do I enter the Sweepstakes? 
There are two ways to enter: 
1. Stay Entry: Register for the Summer 2026 BWR promotion and complete an eligible night at any participating Best Western hotel in the United States, Canada, or the Caribbean, during the Sweepstakes Period. 1- qualified night equals 1-qualified entry into the sweepstakes. Each member is allowed a maximum of 20-entries during the Sweepstakes Period (May 11-September 7, 2026). 

 2. Mail‑In Entry: Mail a 3"x5" card with your required information to the address listed in the Official Rules. Mailed entries must be postmarked by September 7, 2026, and received by September 16, 2026. If you choose the mail-in option and wish to enter 20 times, please send 20 individual 3x5 cards mailed separately. 

What is considered an eligible night? 
An eligible night is a stay of at least one night at a Best Western branded hotel in the United States, Canada, or the Caribbean, at a rate that qualifies for earning Best Western Rewards points. Stays booked through online travel agencies, tour operators, or special discounted rates do not qualify. 

Is there a limit to how many entries I can earn? 
Yes. There is a limit of twenty total entries per person during the Sweepstakes Period, regardless of entry method. 

When will winners be selected and notified? 
Fifty Grand Prize winners will be selected in a random drawing on or about September 17, 2026. Winners will be notified using the contact information associated with their Best Western Rewards account or mail‑in entry. 

What happens if I do not respond to my winner notification? 
Winners may need to verify their eligibility and mailing address within 10 days of the notification attempt. If this is not completed, or if the notification is undeliverable, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected. . 

If I mailed an entry, how do I know it was received? 
Mailed Entries must be postmarked by September 7, 2026, and received by September 16, 2026, to be included in the Sweepstakes drawing. Mechanically reproduced/photocopied/illegible/incomplete or postage due mailed Entries are automatically void. 

Best Western Rewards^® (“BWR^®”) members (“Rewards Member(s)”) who register for this promotion on bestwestern.com/summer2026 or at the front desk of any Best Western^® branded hotel will receive 1,000 BWR bonus points (“Bonus Points”) for every qualified night* stayed at any Best Western branded hotel in the United States, Canada, or the Caribbean between May 11, 2026 and September 7, 2026 (“Promotion Period”). Promotion registration and completion of a qualified night will result in an automatic entry for Rewards Member in the Summer 2026 BWH^® Hotel Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) and a chance to win 250,000 Bonus Points. For details, read the Official Rules for the Sweepstakes.

There is no limit to the number of Bonus Points a Rewards Member can earn during the Promotion Period. Rewards Members’ earning preference must be set to BWR points (“Points”). Eligibility: The Sweepstakes is open only to Best Western Rewards^® (“BWR^®”) members, who are legal residents of Canada or the United States (including its territories and the District of Columbia) and are 18 years or older and the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence as of the date of entry (“Eligible Participants”). If not already a BWR member, a person may visit  BestWestern.com or download the Best Western app (“app”) at either the Apple^® Store or the Google^® Play store to their device to create a BWR account (“Account”). You must have an Account for entry. There is no fee to download the app and establishing an Account is free and is subject to the terms and conditions found at Best Western Rewards Terms. Employees of Best Western International, Inc. 3. How to Enter the Sweepstakes: 
   
   A) VIA BEST WESTERN REWARDS ACCOUNT: During the Sweepstakes Period, Eligible Participants must register for the BWR summer promotion and complete an eligible night at a participating Best Western Hotel to receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes (“Stay Entry”). The terms and conditions for the BWR summer promotion can be found here: bestwestern.com/summer2026. For purposes of this Sweepstakes, an “eligible night” is defined as a stay of at least one night at any Best Western^® branded hotel in the United States, Canada or the Caribbean at a rate eligible for earning Points, with the exception of a stay booked through an online travel agency, booked through a tour operator, or booked at a special discounted rate (see BWR program rules for further information on qualifying criteria).
   
   B) VIA MAIL: To enter the Sweepstakes without completing an eligible night, hand print your name, complete mailing address, telephone number, email address, BWR membership number, and date of birth on a plain 3”x5” piece of paper (“Mailed Entry”) and mail it in a hand-addressed envelope with sufficient postage to: The Summer 2026 BWH^® Hotel Sweepstakes Entries, P.O. Box 7699 Melville, NY 11775-7699 USA to receive one (1) entry in the Sweepstakes. Mailed Entries must be postmarked by September 7, 2026 and received by September 16, 2026 to be included in the Sweepstakes drawing. Mechanically reproduced/photocopied/illegible/incomplete or postage due mailed Entries are automatically void.
   
   “Stay Entry” and “Mailed Entry” will be collectively referred to as “Entry” or “Entries”. There is a limit of twenty (20) Entries per person regardless of method of Entry or combined methods of Entry during the Sweepstakes Period. Normal Internet/phone access and data/usage charges imposed by your online/phone service may apply.
    

4. Random Drawing/Odds of Winning: Fifty (50) Grand Prize winners will be selected in a random drawing on or about September 17, 2026 from among all eligible Entries received. The random drawing will be conducted by the Administrator, an independent judging organization. By submitting an Entry, Entrants agree that the decisions of the Sponsor and the Administrator are final and binding on all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. In the event any eligible employee wins a prize, an additional prize will be awarded to a non-employee Eligible Participant also. The odds of winning a prize depend on the total number of eligible Entries received in accordance with these Official Rules.
   
   

5. Prizes and Actual Retail Value (“ARV”): A minimum of Fifty (50) Grand Prizes will be awarded: 250,000 Best Western Rewards points (ARV: USD$1,250). Prize is subject to terms and conditions and are not transferable. Winners are solely responsible for any and all applicable federal, state, provincial and local taxes and all other costs and expenses associated with their prize not specified herein as being awarded. No transfer, resale, cash or other substitution of a prize except Sponsor may substitute prize in whole or in part for one of comparable or greater value for any reason. Limit one (1) prize per Eligible Participant.
    

6. General Rules: By participating in the Sweepstakes, Eligible Participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and consent to the Sponsor providing the Eligible Participant’s contact information to the Administrator. Grand Prize winners may need to verify their mailing address/eligibility within ten (10) days of notification attempt or the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected. Return of any prize or prize notification as undeliverable may result in disqualification and alternate winner selection. Sponsor shall have no liability for any winner notification that is not received by a potential winner for any reason. If a winner is a Canadian resident, they must answer a time limited arithmetic skill testing question as a condition to winning a prize. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission for the Sponsor and its agencies to use winner’s name (and city, province or state in which they reside) and/or likeness for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between disclosures or other statements contained in any Sweepstakes materials and the terms and conditions of the Official Rules, the English version of the Official Rules shall prevail, govern and control. Entries become the property of the Sponsor. 
    

7. The Sponsor and its agencies are not responsible for technical, hardware, software or telephone malfunctions of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, Internet Service Provider (ISP), or failed, incorrect, incomplete, inaccurate, garbled or delayed electronic communications caused by the user or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes or by any human error which may occur in the processing of the entries in the Sweepstakes or for any liability for damage to any computer system resulting from participation in, accessing or downloading information in connection with the Sweepstakes. In the event of a dispute as to any Entry, the authorized account holder of the email address associated with the BWR account used to register will be deemed to be the Eligible Participant. The authorized account holder is deemed the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet access provider, service provider, or other online organization that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address. Winners may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder of the BWR account associated with the Entry. Proof of entering information does not constitute proof of delivery or receipt of such information. Sponsor (as identified in these Official Rules) is not responsible for the failure of any email or Entry to be received by Sponsor on account of technical problems or congestion on the internet or at any website. The Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual that tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes; violates the Official Rules; or acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sponsor's failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. If, for any reason, the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned by reason of pandemic, travel restrictions, strikes, natural disasters or any other factors beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control that corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, void any suspect Entries and (a) modify the Sweepstakes or suspend the Sweepstakes to address the impairment and then resume the Sweepstakes in a manner that best conforms to the spirit of these Official Rules; or (b) award the prizes at random from among all eligible Entries received prior to cancellation. By participating in the Sweepstakes, the Eligible Participant agrees that Sponsor, their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliated companies, agents, retailers, advertising and Sweepstakes agencies, and all of their respective shareholders, officers, directors, employees and assigns, members, representatives and agents, will have no liability whatsoever for, and will be held harmless by Eligible Participant for any liability for any property or bodily injury, loss, cost or damages of any kind to persons, including death and property, damages sustained due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from Entry creation, the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of a prize or parts thereof, if applicable, or participation in the Sweepstakes or participation in any Sweepstakes or related activity. By entering the Sweepstakes, you hereby represent and warrant that you have read these Official Rules and are fully familiar with its contents. 
    

8. Governing Law & Venue: For non-Quebec residents, the Arizona courts (state and federal) in the U.S. shall have sole jurisdiction of any controversies regarding the Sweepstakes and the laws of the State of Arizona in the U.S. shall govern the same. Each non-Quebec Eligible Participant waives any and all objections to jurisdiction and hereby irrevocably submits to the venue of those courts within the State of Arizona in the U.S.
