The promotion offer is “Get a $25 USD/CAD** Best Western® Travel Card® (“Gift Card”) for Each Night You Stay between September 14 and November 23, 2020.” What is an “eligible night”? 

An “eligible night” stay for the purpose of this Promotion is defined as a night at any Best Western branded hotel in the United States, Canada, or the Caribbean Islands, at a rate eligible for earning points or airline/partner rewards, with the exception of a night booked through an online travel agency, a night booked through a tour operator, or a night booked at a special discounted rate (see Best Western Rewards program rules for further information on eligibility criteria). Multiple check-in/check-out at the same property with less than 24 hours between checkout and check-in will only count as one eligible night stay. Eligible nights which take place during the Promotion Period must be completed on or before Monday, November 23, 2020 to be counted towards the Promotion. Eligible nights which take place during the Promotion Period, but which have a check-in date that overlaps the beginning of the Promotion Period, will be counted towards the Promotion.

Can I use the $25 Gift Card on my first (current) qualifying night?
No. Best Western Rewards members who have qualified for the promotion and have a valid email address in their account profile will receive a virtual (by email) $25 Gift Card within 1-2 weeks AFTER they have completed the eligible night(s) stay. The member must have a valid email address on file for participation and award delivery. The Gift Card will be available for use on a subsequent night or stay AFTER it is received.

How long does it take to receive the $25 Gift Card after I have completed my eligible night(s)?
Best Western Rewards members who have qualified for the promotion and have a valid email address in their account profile will receive a virtual (by email) $25 Gift Card within 1-2 weeks after they have completed the qualifying night(s). The member must have a valid email address on file for participation and award delivery. 

Can the $25 Gift Card be used on any stay?
No. The Gift Card can only be used on stays book via Best Western direct booking channels to include: BestWestern.com, directly with the property or by contacting Reservations (1 (800) 780-7234). Gift Cards cannot be applied to pre-paid reservations. 

Do Best Western Rewards members need to be REGISTERED for this promotion to be eligible to earn the $25 Gift Card(s)? 
Yes. Best Western Rewards members must be REGISTERED for the promotion PRIOR to their first eligible night applied to the promotion to qualify for the $25 Gift Card. Best Western Rewards® members can register for the promotion online; by logging into their Best Western Rewards account profile and registering through their profile, or at the property front desk.

How many $25 Gift Cards can a Best Western Rewards members earn during the promotion period? 
Each Best Western Rewards member can earn four (4) $25 Gift Cards during the promotion period. Promotion is subject to cancellation or change without notice. 

When does the $25 Gift Card expire?  
March 31, 2021. Each $25 Gift Card will expire and must be used at a Best Western branded hotel by March 31, 2021. The expiration date will be stated on the delivered Gift Card. 

What if I have a valid email address in my Best Western Rewards account profile but I prefer a plastic $25 Gift Card mailed to me?  
No plastic cards will be distributed for this promotion. 

It’s been more than 3 weeks, and I haven’t received my emailed Gift Card yet.

Can all Best Western Rewards members participate? 
Yes, all Best Western Rewards members are eligible for this promotion. The ‘eligible nights’ can only occur at Best Western branded hotels in the United States, Canada, and the Caribbean Islands. 

Why doesn’t Best Western automatically register all existing Best Western Rewards members into the seasonal promotions? 
Asking customers to register for promotions engages them into our Best Western Rewards program and to our brand, and ensures that Best Western is in their travel considerations. It also helps us measure the effectiveness of our promotions allowing us to continue to promote some of the richest offers in the market today. We want you to have a choice.  

Can the expiration date on the Gift Card be extended? 
No. There are no extensions given on these promotional Gift Cards.

Best Western Rewards® 2020 Fall Promotion (“Promotion”)

Best Western Rewards members*** (“Member(s)”) who (a) register for the Promotion (either on bestwestern.com/rewardsrush3 or as otherwise permitted (e.g., at the front desk of any Best Western® branded hotel)), (b) complete up to four (4) eligible night* stays between September 14, 2020 and November 23, 2020 (“Promotion Period”) at any Best Western branded hotel in the United States, Canada, or the Caribbean Islands, and (c) have a valid email address listed in the Member’s account profile at the time of registration for the Promotion, will earn one (1) promotional $25 USD/CAD** Best Western Travel Card® (“Travel Card”) per eligible night stay. There is a limit of four (4) $25 USD/CAD Travel Cards per Member during the Promotion. Travel Card(s) expires on March 31, 2021. 

Promotion is subject to cancellation or change without notice. Promotion is non-transferable. Eligible nights do not need to be consecutive to qualify. Promotion registration and Best Western Rewards enrollment/membership required prior to the eligible night stay applied to the Promotion. An eligible night stay completed prior to Promotion registration and Best Western Rewards enrollment/membership will not count towards satisfying the Promotion requirements. Best Western Rewards enrollment may be completed by visiting bestwesternrewards.com

Please allow approximately 1-2 weeks from completion of the eligible stay to receive the Travel Card(s). The Travel Card(s) will be sent electronically to the Member’s email address (regardless of whether the Member has opted out of Best Western communications). The Travel Card(s) will not be sent via mail or any other means other than to the Member’s email address as registered in the Member’s account profile. Promotional Travel Card(s) will expire on March 31, 2021. The expiration date will be stated on the Travel Card(s). No extensions, substitutions, or replacements available. The Travel Card(s) cannot be used to pay for the eligible stay, during which the Member qualified to receive the Travel Card(s) pursuant to this Promotion. The Travel Card(s) can be used toward a subsequent stay after the Travel Card(s) are received.
