How long does it take to receive the Bonus Points after I have completed my qualified nights? 
Best Western Rewards^® members who have qualified for the promotion will receive the Bonus Points within 2 weeks after they have completed the qualifying night(s). 

Do Best Western Rewards members need to be REGISTERED for this promotion to be eligible to earn the Bonus Points? 
Yes. Best Western Rewards members must be REGISTERED for the promotion PRIOR to their first qualified night. Best Western Rewards members can register for the promotion online; by logging into their Best Western Rewards account profile and registering through their profile, or at the property front desk. 

How many Bonus Points can a Best Western Rewards member earn during the promotion period?    
Each Best Western Rewards member can earn up to 20,000 Bonus Points during the promotion period by staying for a total of eight (8) qualified nights. Promotion is subject to cancellation or change without notice. 

If a guest doesn’t receive their bonus points within 2 weeks from the completed stay, who should they contact? 
They will need to contact Best Western Rewards Customer Care at 1(800) 237-8483 or email at rewards@cs.bestwestern.com. 

Can all Best Western Rewards members participate? 
Yes, all Best Western Rewards members are eligible for this promotion. The qualified night(s) can only occur at Best Western Hotels & Resorts branded hotels in the United States, Canada, and the Caribbean Islands. 

Why doesn’t Best Western automatically register all existing Best Western Rewards members into the seasonal promotions?  
Asking customers to register for promotions engages them into our Best Western Rewards program and to our brand and ensures that Best Western is in their travel considerations. It also helps us measure the effectiveness of our promotions, allowing us to continue to promote some of the richest offers in the market today. 

Best Western Rewards^® (“BWR^®”) members (“Rewards Member(s)”) who register for this promotion on bestwestern.com/5kbonuspoints or as otherwise permitted (e.g., at the front desk of any Best Western^® branded hotel) will receive 5,000 BWR bonus points (“Bonus Points”) (which equals $25 off a future stay using Pay with Points) for every two (2) qualified nights* stayed at any Best Western branded hotel in the United States, Canada, or the Caribbean between December 1, 2025 and February 1, 2026 (“Promotion Period”). A Rewards Member can earn 5,000 Bonus Points a maximum of four (4) times during the Promotion Period. The total Bonus Points awarded for this promotion may not exceed 20,000 Bonus Points per Rewards Member.  5,000 Bonus Points is valued at $25 when you redeem using Pay with Points.
