Best Western Rewards members must complete one eligible night to earn a $10 Best Western Travel Card. An “eligible night” for the purpose of this Promotion is defined as any night stay at a Best Western branded hotel with the exception of a night booked through an online travel agency, a night booked through a tour operator, and a night booked at a special discounted rate (see Best Western Rewards program rules for further information on eligibility criteria) and base points are awarded. Eligible nights which take place during the Promotion Period but which have a check-in or a check-out date that overlaps the beginning or ending of the Promotion Period will be counted towards the Promotion.
How long does it take to receive the $10 Travel Card after I have completed my eligible night(s)?
Best Western Rewards members who have qualified for the promotion and have a valid email address in their account profile will receive a virtual (by email) $10 Travel Card within 1- 2 weeks after they have completed the eligible night. The member must have a valid email address on file for award delivery.
Do Best Western Rewards members need to be REGISTERED for this promotion to be eligible to earn a $10 Travel Card?
Yes. Best Western Rewards members must be REGISTERED for the promotion PRIOR to their first eligible night applied to the promotion to qualify for the $10 Travel Card. Best Western Rewards® members can register for the promotion online; by logging into their Best Western Rewards account profile and registering through their profile, or at the property front desk.
How many $10 Travel Cards can a Best Western Rewards members earn during the promotion period? Each Best Western Rewards member can earn unlimited $10 Travel Cards during the promotion period. Promotion is subject to cancellation or change without notice.
When does the $10 Travel Card expire?
Expiration dates will vary. Each $10 Travel Card will expire and must be used at a Best Western branded hotel a minimum of 120 days after fulfillment from Best Western International. Expiration date(s) will be stated on the delivered virtual Travel Card (Gift Card(s)).
What if I have a valid email address in my Best Western Rewards account profile but I prefer to have a plastic $10 Travel Card mailed to me?
No plastic cards will be distributed for this promotion.

Can all Best Western Rewards members participate?
Yes. Best Western Rewards Members who reside in North America may stay at any Best Western branded hotel worldwide. Best Western Rewards Members who reside outside of North America must stay at a Best Western branded hotel in North America.
Why doesn’t Best Western automatically register all existing Best Western Rewards members into the seasonal promotions?
Asking customers to register for promotions engages them into our Best Western Rewards program and to our brand, and ensures that Best Western is in their consideration set. It also helps us measure the effectiveness of our promotions allowing us to continue to promote some of the richest offers in the market today. We want you to have a choice.
Can a guest redeem more than one promotional Travel Card during their stay? (Example – guest earned 3 $10 promotional travel cards during the promotion and wants to redeem all 3 (totaling $30) for their stay at one individual hotel).
Yes, assuming that all Travel Cards are still valid and not expired, they may redeem more than one Travel Card for their stay.
Can the expiration date on the Travel Card be extended?
No. There are no extensions given on these promotional Travel Cards (Gift Cards).

Best Western Rewards members* (“Member(s)”) who: (a) register for the Promotion (either on bestwestern.com/summer or as otherwise permitted (e.g., at the front desk of any Best Western® branded hotel in the United States, Canada, or the Caribbean Islands)); (b) complete one (1) eligible night** between May 22, 2017 and September 4, 2017 (“Promotion Period”) at a Best Western branded hotel; and (c) have a valid email address listed in the Member’s account profile, will earn a promotional USD $10 Best Western Travel Card® (“Travel Card”).
There is no limit to the number of Travel Cards each Member can earn during the Promotion Period. Promotion registration and Best Western Rewards enrollment/membership required prior to the first eligible night stay. Eligible nights completed prior to Promotion registration and Best Western Rewards enrollment/membership will not count towards satisfying the Promotion requirements. Best Western Rewards enrollment may be completed by visiting bestwesternrewards.com. Travel Card(s) expire 120 days after fulfillment. Expiration date(s) will be stated on Travel Card(s). No extensions, substitutions, or replacements available.
