The promotion offer is “Get up to 60 USD/CAD/EUR/GBP** in Best Western® Gift Cards after 3 Separate Stays between December 2, 2019 and February 2, 2020.” What is an eligible stay? 
An “eligible stay” for the purpose of this Promotion is defined as one or more consecutive nights at the same Best Western branded hotel, at a rate eligible for earning points or airline/partner rewards, with the exception of a stay booked through an online travel agency, a stay booked through a tour operator, or a stay booked at a special discounted rate (see Best Western Rewards® program rules for further information on eligibility criteria). Multiple check-in/check-out at the same property with less than 24 hours between check-out and check-in will only count as one eligible stay. Eligible stays which take place during the Promotion Period must be completed on or before February 3, 2020 to be counted towards the Promotion. Eligible stays which take place during the Promotion Period, but which have a check-in date that overlaps the beginning or the end of the Promotion Period, will be counted towards the Promotion.

How long does it take to receive the Gift Card(s) after I have completed my eligible stay(s)?
Best Western Rewards members who have qualified for the promotion and have a valid email address in their account profile will receive a virtual (by email) Gift Card(s) within 2-3 weeks after they have completed the qualified stay(s). The member must have a valid email address on file for award delivery.

Do Best Western Rewards members need to be REGISTERED for this promotion to be eligible to earn the Gift Card(s)?
Yes. Best Western Rewards members must be REGISTERED for the promotion PRIOR to their first eligible stay applied to the promotion to qualify for the Gift Card(s). Best Western Rewards members can register for the promotion online; by logging into their Best Western Rewards account profile and registering through their profile, or at the property front desk.

How many Gift Cards can a Best Western Rewards members earn during the promotion period?
Each Best Western Rewards member can earn up to three (3) gift cards during the promotion period. Members will earn a 10 USD/CAD/EUR/GBP** gift card following the completion of their first eligible stay, an additional 20 USD/CAD/EUR/GBP** gift card following the completion of their second eligible stay, and a 30 USD/CAD/EUR/GBP** gift card following the completion of their third eligible stay. Members have the opportunity to earn a total of 60 USD/CAD/EUR/GBP** in Best Western Gift Cards during the promotion period. Promotion is subject to cancellation or change without notice.

When does the Gift Card(s) expire?
Expiration dates will vary. Each Gift Card will expire and must be used at a Best Western branded hotel a minimum of 120 days after fulfillment from Best Western International. Expiration date(s) will be stated on the delivered Gift Card(s).

What if I have a valid email address in my Best Western Rewards account profile but I prefer to have a plastic Gift Card mailed to me? 
No plastic cards will be distributed for this promotion. 

It’s been more than 3 weeks, and I haven’t received my emailed Gift Card yet.

Can all Best Western Rewards members participate?
Yes. All Best Western Rewards members are eligible for this promotion regardless of their country of residence. The ‘eligible stays’ can occur at any Best Western branded hotel worldwide. 

Why doesn’t Best Western automatically register all existing Best Western Rewards members into the seasonal promotions?
Asking customers to register for promotions engages them into our Best Western Rewards program and to our brand, and ensures that Best Western is in their consideration set. It also helps us measure the effectiveness of our promotions allowing us to continue to promote some of the richest offers in the market today. We want you to have a choice. 

Can the expiration date on the Gift Card be extended?
No. There are no extensions given on these promotional Gift Cards.
 

** The Gift Card(s) will be issued in the Member’s local currency, where available. Customers who reside in countries where their main currency is listed here (USD, CAD, GBP, EUR), will receive the Gift Card(s) in in their country’s respective currency. Otherwise, a $10/20/30 USD Gift Card will be issued for those currencies that are not listed or available.

Best Western Rewards® members (“Member(s)”) who (a) register for the Promotion (either on bestwestern.com/rewardsrush4 or as otherwise permitted (e.g., at the front desk of any Best Western® branded hotel), (b) complete one or more eligible stays* between December 2, 2019 and February 2, 2020 (“Promotion Period”) at any Best Western branded hotel worldwide, and (c) have a valid email address listed in the Member’s account profile at the time of registration for the Promotion, can earn up to three promotional Best Western Travel Cards® (“Gift Cards”). 

Members will earn one (1) 10 USD/CAD/EUR/GBP** Gift Card following the completion of the first eligible stay, one (1) 20 USD/CAD/EUR/GBP** Gift Card following the completion of the second eligible stay, and one (1) 30 USD/CAD/EUR/GBP** Gift Card following the completion of the third eligible stay. There is a limit of three (3) Gift Cards per Member during the Promotion Period totaling 60 USD/CAD/EUR/GBP**. The Gift Card(s) will be issued in the currency used in the Member’s country of residence, as indicated in the Member’s account profile, where available**. The Gift Card(s) will be emailed as a virtual gift card to the Member’s email address registered in their Best Western Rewards profile. The Gift Card(s) cannot be used to pay for the first eligible stay, during which the Member qualified to receive the Gift Card pursuant to this Promotion. The Gift Card(s) can be used toward a subsequent stay after the Gift Card is received.

Promotion registration and Best Western Rewards enrollment/membership required prior to the first eligible stay applied to the PromotionEligible stays completed prior to Promotion registration and Best Western Rewards enrollment/membership will not count towards satisfying the Promotion requirements. Best Western Rewards enrollment may be completed by visiting bestwesternrewards.com. The Gift Card will expire 120 days after the date of issuance. The expiration date will be stated on the Gift Card.

No extensions, substitutions, or replacements available. Promotion is non-transferable. Promotion is subject to cancellation or change without notice. Please allow approximately 1-2 weeks from completion of the eligible stay(s) to receive the Gift Card(s). The Gift Card(s) will be sent electronically to the Member’s email address (regardless of whether the Member has opted out of Best Western communications). The Gift Card(s) will not be sent via mail or any other means other than to the Member’s email address as registered in the Member’s account profile.
