“Receive a $10 Travel Card with every stay” Terms and Conditions
Best Western Rewards® members (“Member(s)”) residing in Angola, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Benin, Botswana, Burkina Faso, Burundi, Cape Verde, Cameroon, Chad, Comoros, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Cote d'Ivoire, Djibouti, Egypt, Equatorial Guinea, Eritrea, Ethiopia, Gabon, Gambia, Georgia, Ghana, Guinea, Guinea-Bissau, Israel, Kazakhstan, Kenya, Kyrgyzstan, Lesotho, Liberia, Libya, Madagascar, Malawi, Mali, Mauritania, Mauritius, Moldova, Mozambique, Namibia, Niger, Nigeria, Oman, Portugal, Qatar, Republic of the Congo, the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland, Russia, South Africa, Spain, Tajikistan, Tanzania, Turkmenistan, Uganda, Ukraine, Uzbekistan and Zambia (a) who register for the promotion and book the Best Western Rewards Rate (BW rate plan) through a qualified Best Western channel* for an eligible stay** that will occur between 1st March, 2018 and 30th April, 2018, during the “Promotion Period” 1st March, 2018 and 30th April, 2018 at any Best Western® branded hotel in Benin, Ethiopia, Georgia, Ghana, Israel, Kazakhstan, Kenya, Moldova, Nigeria, Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland, Portugal, Russia, South Africa, Spain, Tanzania, Uganda and Zambia; (b) have a valid email address listed in the Member’s account profile; (c) and complete the eligible stay during the Promotion Period, will earn a promotional 10$ Travel Card per eligible stay. The Gift Card will be issued in the member’s local currency. The Gift Card can be redeemed at any Best Western branded hotel worldwide.
There is no limit to the number of Travel Cards each Member can earn during the Promotion Period. Promotion registration and Best Western Rewards enrollment/membership required prior to the first eligible stay. Eligible nights completed prior to Promotion registration and Best Western Rewards enrollment/membership will not count towards satisfying the Promotion requirements. Best Western Rewards enrollment may be completed by visiting Bestwestern.com. Gift Card(s) expire 120 days after the date of issuance. Expiration date(s) will be stated on Gift Card(s). *A “qualified Best Western booking channel” for the purpose of this Promotion is defined as any Best Western branded booking channels with the exception of (a)online travel agencies (“OTAs”), such as priceline.com, expedia.com, travelocity.com, booking.com, kayak.com, (b) stays booked through tour operators, and (c) any special discounted rates, such as employee rates, FIT/wholesale/net rates, motorcoach/bus rates, crew rates, BWR free night awards rates (FX rates), or discounted rates for stays longer than thirty (30) nights.
**An “eligible stay” for the purpose of this Promotion is defined as any stay (i.e., one or more consecutive nights at the same Best Western branded hotel) with the exception of a stay booked through an online travel agency, a stay booked through a tour operator, and a stay booked at a special discounted rate (see Best Western Rewards program rules for further information on eligibility criteria). Only one (1) check-in/check-out permitted per eligible stay. Eligible stays which take place during the Promotion Period but which have a check-in or a check-out date that overlaps the beginning or ending of the Promotion Period, will be counted towards the Promotion.
