Important Notes: 

This form's purpose is to report missing gift cards - or - problems when purchasing a Best Western Gift Card online

  • Best Western Gift Cards purchased online are not linked to your BWR account.
  • Customers/Members can "Checkout as Guest" when purchasing a Best Western Gift Card online.
  • Physical Gift Card Shipments can take 1-2 weeks to arrive.

Did you receive a "Payment transaction failed" response while attempting on online gift card purchase?

Please review the following reasons why this may have happened.

  1. Contact your BANK to confirm why a payment was declined.  
    1. The bank's response determines if the payment/order will be processed or if it will be declined.
    2. Banks may decline a gift card sale if they do not recognize the transactions.
      -  The currency amount could be too large for an online purchase.
      -  They don't allow online purchases.
      -  Or, the payment information entered is not accurate.

  2. Please also try to purchase the gift card from a secure browser by using a computer or laptop.
