If you provided your Best Western Rewards® card or membership number at the time of your Best Western stay, please allow at least 7 days for points or airline miles to be posted to your account.
If more than 7 days have passed since your departure date and points or airline/partner rewards are not posted to your account, log in to your account and fill out a Missing Points or Airline/Partner Rewards request and you will get assistance in getting credit for that stay. Stays over 6 months old cannot be reviewed for points or airline/partner rewards.
Best Western only has information on file for reservations made through www.bestwestern.com or one of our worldwide reservations numbers. To get credit for those stays, complete the form below.
