AAA/CAA Travel Agents: Earn 500 Best Western Rewards points on every booking when you book Best Western branded hotels using GDS, ATI or TravelBound! (USA) (Canada)

To ensure you receive your points, first, make sure you are a member of AAA/CAA Preferred Best Western Rewards. Not a member? Enroll today at for AAA in the U.S.  or CAA in Canada. 


  • For GDS, in the SI field enter: First Name Initial, Middle Initial, Full Last Name. Example: JDSMITH
  • For ATI and TravelBound – no tracking necessary


  • Book any Best Western® branded hotel through the GDS, ATI or Travel Bound during the promotion period of January 1, 2016 and December 31, 2016.
  • AAA/CAA Travel Professionals will earn 500 Best Western Rewards points for each "Qualified Booking" made during the Promotion Period.
  • In order for a booking to qualify for the incentive, travel must be completed by December 31, 2016
  • Best Western Rewards points will be awarded to the Travel Professional’s BWR account quarterly beginning April 15, 2016

For ATI bookings to qualify, Agents must be registered to book on the website. For Travel Bound bookings to qualify, U.S. based Agents must be registered to book on the website and Canadian based Agents must be registered to book on the website. To qualify for this incentive, an Agent must (1) confirm and post payment for at least 1 new booking between March 1, 2016 and December 31, 2016 (“Promotion Period”) that results in a stay completed by December 31, 2016 (each booking being a “Qualified Booking”) and (2) if he or she has not previously done so, complete the one-time registration requirement by providing his or her full name, IATA number and new or existing AAA/CAA PreferredSM Best Western Rewards® number at, on or before December 31, 2016. Incentive will be paid in the form of 500 Best Western Rewards® bonus points per Qualified Booking. Promotion may be terminated or amended at Best Western International, Inc.’s sole discretion. Best Western International, Inc. reserves the right to disqualify any fraudulent or erroneous booking(s). Any reservation cancelled shall not be eligible. No limit on the number of bonus points that may be earned during the Promotion Period. No extensions, substitutions, or replacements available. This offer is non-transferable.
